Hp Pavilion a6512p System restore and Problems adverted

Today I decided to Restore My HP Pavilion a6512p back to factory spec. The way I was able to archive this is using the Factory recovery partition. I also encountered a second problem with the System. I believe I adverted another failure like the OptiPlex 760 upgrade video.
