British Red Cross - The Refugee Crisis: 3 Years On

British Red Cross Refugee Support Service Leicestershire coordinator, Piotr Kuhiwczak talks about some of the ways in which the British Red Cross is supporting people who are looking for refuge. Piotr was speaking at "The Refugee Crisis: 3 Years On", a public meeting that was held at the Secular Hall in Leicester on 20 September 2018. The meeting brought together more than a dozen groups and organisation and shared information and ideas on how individuals and communities in Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland can and are responding to the crisis. The public meeting was a follow-up to "The Refugee Crisis - What can we do to help?", which was held at Leicester Cathedral on 24 September 2015, which saw many people share information on some of the ways in which people in the city and county were responding to the crisis.
