ASUS Geforce RTX 3070 TUF Gaming buzzing noises, coil whine (?).

Belated update on this issue: Since i didn't want to get through the hassle of sending the GPU back, i bought a different PSU (Corsair RM750x instead of RM550x, it also has two power connectors for the GPU) and the buzzing noise is gone. Yes, really. :)
