Duke skip - Dark souls
With this skip you can skip the first encounter with Seath the Scaleless and avoid the only mandatory death in the game. Quite useful in speedruns since it saves many minutes (I didn't find this skip btw). Trust me this is the best way to do this skip, do not try rolling to the elevator or anything like that. I have experimented many different variations and this is the most consistant way to do this skip. Worth noting: The hardest part of this skip is the roll to the 3rd floor because you have to position yourself so quickly. In MY opinion the easiest way to successfully roll there is by positioning your character so that your back is facing the balcony/pillar where we are going to roll. Also, if you use dsfix, do not unlock framerate because with 60 fps your rolls are shorter.
