Fallout 76 Thorn Ripper Bleed Out Stack

Still being a dick I thought this would have been patched/nerft at the same time as the strangler heart but apparently not This requires a full set of Thorn and a VFast melee Attack a player until you annoy them to the point that they attack back, the Thorn bleed out effect stacks up and as soon as the player initiates PVP they are hit with wave after wave of bleed out
