Burning Crusade Classic - Heroic Hellfire Ramparts - Elemental Shaman PoV - Our First Heroic!
Hello everyone! This is a run of the Hellfire Ramparts dungeon on Heroic difficulty in the World of Warcraft Burning Crusade Classic as an Elemental Shaman. This was our first Heroic dungeon and we are not very geared yet, so we had to take it slow and use crowd-control abilities such as Polymorph and Blizzard to get through it. Overall this is one of the easier Heroic dungeons, but there are still some tricky parts. The Bonechewer Raveners can do a lot of damage to the Tank, and if you pull too much or pull aggro off of the Tank it can get messy fast. Thankfully we had a pretty smooth run. Elemental Shaman isn't the most popular class, but I really enjoy it. With enough Crit Rating they can do pretty consistent competitive damage on 3-target pulls, very strong single-target, and with Fire Nova Totem they can burst pretty high on 5+ target packs. They definitely can't keep up with a Warlock doing Seed of Corruption or an AoE-specced Mage on super-large pulls, but in a dungeon like this it isn't really an issue. They also bring a lot of utility to dungeons in the form of buff-totems and having extra slows / taunts / damage reduction totems definitely helps as well. Bloodlust and Fire / Earth Elemental totems are definitely a huge plus as well. Anyways, I hope that you enjoy this video and find it useful in some way.
