Sonos Play 1 vs Play 3
Owning both the Sonos Play 3 and now a pair of Play 1's I thought I would try to compare them. I have tried to avoid any audio processing and the conditions in the room were the same for each recording. You should be able to hear the differences in this video, obviously the best way to compare them is to run the same test in your own home. (The better your PC set up is the more useful this video may be, if you are trying to watch on an iPad for example using one external speaker, you will not hear much difference between the tests) Hope someone finds this useful? Just a note. I was surprised how big the Play 1's are, I was thinking they would be a similar size to my Bose Lifestyle speakers.
