Start8 is a start menu replacement program. It gives you back the old Windows 7 style start menu and provides the option to boot to the desktop, bypassing the Metro screen. It also has a new take on the start menu that looks more Windows 8-ish which is nice. But I was simply looking for a quick, easy and productive solution.
