iPad WiFi 64 GB vs 11" MacBook Air 64 GB

Comparing the 64 GB MacBook Air to the 64 GB WiFi only iPad 2, we see the two devices are very similar. In fact they are so similar that in my opinion, if you could, you should get the 11" MacBook Air as it's much more versatile. Do you think iPad sales will hurt 11" MacBook Air sales, or will the 11" MacBook Air hurt iPad sales? Will either affect the other at all?
