Draw Along With Me to create this CNY-themed illustration in the Procreate drawing/painting app for iPad. This illustration was inspired by my friends in Hong Kong and Beijing, and is in honor of Chinese New Year 2023! ? ? In this tutorial we will use a number of Procreate tools, including Drawing Guide [Symmetry], Procreate Preset Brushes [Monoline, Soft Brush, Stipple Texture, Light Pen], Selection Tool, Move & Transform Tool, and more! As well as, 6 FREE Stamps and a starter Color Palette from me to you! [Link below.] ** I do use one brush from my Etsy shop to create the dragon skin texture, but you can substitute this with another texture brush from the Procreate preset brushes or hand draw your own! :) ** Is this a beginner-friendly tutorial? Yes, it is! There is one part where I don't instruct, but give you the opportunity to design the characters (two stamps that I have provided) in your own unique way!
