The Full Glow-Up Glitch Solution (Read Description)
This glitch makes the trophy not to show up after completing the requirements when you start a New Game+ on PS5 using your PS4 Data Transfer. Follow the next steps to fix this issue: 1- Go to "Load Journey" in the main screen. 2- Load your PS4 saved data (must not be a Game+ Journey). 3- Once in game, open the customization menu and select another Poncho. Note: This is the only solution I figured out since there is no solution posted that I could find. I also posted it on Reddit. Hope this work for you and get that Platinum!
