Otto describes itself as the successor to Vagrant. Otto is at a very early stage and, right now, it's just a wrapper around Vagrant, Packer and Terraform with Consul thrown in. This talk is a "first look" which will provide an overview, some experiences of getting started with Otto and will feature a demo of the process chain involved.
