Activate iPad 2 iOS 5 beta without developer account

A method to bypass the need to be a registered developer to get you iPad to work with iOS 5 beta. Some features are not working like notifications, video mirroring, multitouch, and it also requires you to never turn it off. But hopefully it's a start for those that are interested. It requires the iPad camera connection kit.
