The bottles then conveyed into the monoblock machine for filling. - Photoelectric detection station: the photoelectric sensor at the station detects whether there is to be filled bottles, no bottle no filling. - Filling station: When the bottle reaches the filling station, if the previous photoelectricity detects the presence of the bottle, that is, when filling, the internal chip sends out the filling signal; the filling nozzle automatically dives into the bottle for automatic filling. - Filled bottles indexed into the plugging statio for wick placing. - press the wick plug into the bottle neck. - Automatic cap placing station: caps are orientated in the virbatory bowl and sent to the feeding trackes in order for cap placing. - Capping station:the bottle with cap is fed into the capping station and with cap tightened by the capping chuck. - bottle discharge station: the capped bottles are discharged out of the starwheel by the swing arm.
