Environmental activists march in New York as impact of Canadian wildfires continues

Hundreds of environmental activists took to the streets in New York City, demanding a ban on fossil fuels, as wildfires in Canada continued. People marched, chanted slogans and carried banners reading, 'This is a climate emergency', 'Your greed = Climate chaos’ and 'Stop bankrolling fossil fuels,’ among others.
