Silverstone Festival is one of the largest historic racing events of the season. This 2023 season I was lucky enough to be invited to drive a Ferrari 512M. The screaming V12 of the yellow prancing horse had the real possibility of taking the top step of the podium, but like all historic racing nothing is a sure thing. The Ferrari 512M was a sports car produced by Ferrari in the early 1970s. It was part of the Ferrari 512 series and was designed for racing in the FIA World Championship for Makes. The "M" in its name stands for "Modificata," indicating that it was an updated version of the previous 512 S model.
