The Guardian is an Egyptian unit featured in Age of Mythology. He cannot be trained in normal games, but can be found in the campaign and the Scenario Editor. He is an extremely powerful unit, with 20,000 HP, a whopping 2,000 Crush attack, and very high armor in all categories. He is weaker against Heroes, although they do not pose a threat to him unless in enormous numbers.
