Spencers Water Dancing Speakers Suck!

I was so excited when I got these for Christmas this past year, but once I got them going, I was totally let down. They're not practical at all unless you are using them on full blast, otherwise you hear the little motor that shoots the water over everything. The left one (Not the primary one) isnt quite as loud, so im thinking I possibly have a bad pair, but unfortunately never had a reciept as they were a gift, and I dont think I have the box anymore.
