1971 Epiphone 6730, MIJ X-brace conversion
This Japanese-made Epiphone (same as an Aria 6730) with a bolt on neck actually came from the factory with a sort of lattice bracing which sounds terrible. I repaired damage from a loose neck block and then rebraced the guitar with a very light forward-shifted X brace. It has a blue Kalamazoo label with the "Union made" crossed out and "Made in Japan" stamped next to it. It sounds great and plays easy! Sold.
