Boarders around LCD TV when connecting via HDMI computer (Fixed)

How do I fix the boarders around my LCD TV when I connect my computer to it via HDMI? Right-click anywhere on the desktop Select Catalyst control center Under Graphics select Desktop and Displays RIGHT-Click on the display and select configure then adjust the scaling options
