Fix Adobe After Effects can't fetch cmaps unexpected failure during application Startet nicht

Beheben des Fehlers: After Effects Warnung: Unknown Exception (In English below) Problem endlich gelöst! Nach Monate langer suche: Adobe After Effects Startet nicht CC / After Effects 2018 / 2019 / 2020 Folgende Fehlermeldungen: After Effects can´t continue: unexpected failure during application startup After Effects warning: Unknown Exception. ( 83 :: 2 ) After Effects error: can´t fetch cmaps Das Problem liegt am Fontcache. Wie ihr den Fontcache löscht, seht ihr in meinem Video. Befehle hier: 1. sudo atsutil databases -remove - Enter System Password 2. atsutil server -shutdown 3. atsutil server -ping Wichtig: Neustart! Danach lief das Programm bei mir wieder ohne Probleme. || ENGLISH: Problem solved! Adobe After Effects doesn´t start CC / After Effects 2018 / 2019 / 2020 Errors: After Effects can´t continue: unexpected failure during application startup After Effects warning: Unknown Exception. ( 83 :: 2 ) After Effects error: can´t fetch cmaps Problem is: Fontcache. Clear the Fontcache with the Terminal (see Video) Type: 1. sudo atsutil databases -remove - Enter System Password 2. atsutil server -shutdown 3. atsutil server -ping IMPORTANT: After that: Reboot the complete System!!!!
