Taking a look at Windows 8 build 9200 (fbl_eeap)

Windows 8 build 9200 (fbl_eeap) is an interesting build of Windows 8. Although the build number being 9200 may make you think it is boring since "it's just RTM", the truth couldn't be more different. This build is pseudolocalized, one of few pseudolocalized builds (alongside 8331, the pseudolocalized Windows 8 RTM, Windows 8.1 build 9457 (in qps-ploc) and Windows 10 build 9907 (fbl_ie)). It is also a post-RTM build, compiled 3 days after the RTM. This build has the wallpapers and lock screen backgrounds from older development builds such as 8520 rather than those from Windows 8 RTM, and also lacks several Metro apps.
