Ludwig stood high in his stirrups, straining to see into the distance, his hand shielding the fierce midday sun from his eyes. Was that movement he could see or just the air shimmering in the baking, Wissenland heat? It had been many moons since the vile Orcs had dared venture down from their mountain hides but he feared the worst. It was at this moment, a faint noise drifted across on the northerly breeze, and Ludwig knew this afternoon would end with bloodshed. As he pulled his Grunberg stallion around and urged the magnificent horse into a canter, he saw a dust cloud rise above the horizon as an almighty roar ripped through the air - “WAAAGH!!!”. With his mount already racing onwards, Ludwig pulled his horn to his lips and blew the alarm, the Greenskins were coming! A Greenskin tribe has moved down from the Black Mountains and seeks to ravage its way across Wissenland and the Empire, however one of the regular patrols demanded by Countess Emmanuelle von Liebwitz to protect against the Greenskin menace, has spotted the incursion and moves to intercept it.
