https://www.moddb.com/mods/research-and-development This mod was made by mbortolino and released in 2009. With overwhelmingly positive reviews, this is one of the greatest hl2 mods ever made. I played this on mmod which had a few issues but not enough to ruin the experience. The car section was pretty unclear to me at least but a lot of the puzzles were interesting and fun to figure out.
