Windows Vista pure UEFI 64 boot on modern hardware (CSM entirely disabled)
Windows Vista boots on ASrock Z170 Pro4S in UEFI ("Ultra Fast Boot") mode. USB PS/2 emulation does not work in Ultra Fast Boot mode, and there's no Vista xHCI driver for that machine, so PS/2 peripherals were needed (I had keyboard only). Windows Vista is a first Windows x64 release to have EFI bootloader, it was later added to x86 versions starting with Windows 8.0. Another nice thing to note is that MBR2GPT (Windows PE utility introduced in Widnows 10) is able to convert even Windows Vista installations.
