HPFP pressure too low (20 kPa out of needed 200 kPa)

HPFP is producing just 10% of required fuel pressure. Pressure needed is approximately 200 kPa where the pressure delivered is just floating around 20 kPa mark which is causing faults and contionuous limp mode.
