Owlet Baby Monitor - Masimo Rad-8 Vitals Comparison
I bought an Owlet Baby Monitor in May 2015 and tested the SpO2 and Heart Rate results against a Masimo Rad-8 Pulse Oximeter monitor. Both monitors were attached to my infant son's feet while he was sleeping. The Masimo sensor was a new OEM Neo Sensor wrapped around the top and bottom of his foot, secured with sensor bandage, extra medical tape and a Posey wrap. For the Owlet, I used the largest sock.
