TRON Legacy Identity Disc (Scratch Built)
Here's a peek at a prop replica I made for a Halloween costume. A Tron Legacy ID Disc. It's based off the papercraft model I found here: http://tektonten.blogspot.com/2010/11/tron-legacy-papercraft-sams-identity.html Save Tron: Uprising: Sign the petition! - http://www.change.org/petitions/tron-uprising-time-slot-move-tron-uprising-to-a-reasonable-time-slot It was made rigid with fiberglass, and was cut differently, I added LED lights (Christmas decoration from wal-mart) and made the C-Ring and outer edge from translucent tubing. Runs off of 3 AAA rechargables. I still have to make the mounting system for my back. Pretty good for a tight budget. I will revisit this project again, and make a more detailed prop once I have my 3D printer! ;)
