Is the JBL Charge 4 Portable Speaker Worth It?
In today's video, we unbox the JBL charge 4 speaker! I was looking for an outdoor bluetooth speaker to use by the pool and in the garage. JBL offers a wide variety of speakers for all budgets, ranging from $39.95 up to $499.95. After doing a ton or research, it came down to two JBL speakers; the Charge 4 and the Extreme 2. We decided to go with the JBL Charge4! The JBL Charge 4 is listed on their site for $179.95 with free shipping. I purchased mine through Amazon on sale for $119 ($130 after taxes/shipping) The price does fluctuate. Links are below. If you are looking for a party speaker, this is not the right one for you. I would suggest the JBL Extreme 2, or better yet, the JBL Boombox 2. If you are looking for a personal speaker that is lightweight, something to throw in a bag and bring to the beach, this little speaker is perfect. The sound quality is great, and it has decent bass. The Charge 4 is rated at 30 watts and offers 20 hours of play time. It is a bluetooth speaker and is waterproof. There is also a port on the back to charge your phone while streaming music!
