Is Apex Legends Pay To Win?

In this video, I explain my thoughts on Apex Legends' locked characters. It was definitely a bold decision to start the game off with microtransactions but you as you watch you see what I believe what those locked characters have in stock for us. Honestly, it would take maybe 8 hours of grind to unlock one so it's not unfair but it is irritating.
