Reavon UBR-X200 FAULTY OUT OF THE BOX!! "0" on display, won't play!!!
A newly purchased Reavon XBR-200 is faulty right out of the box. A "0" or "O" appears on the display, EVERY time I insert a disk. On a side note, the firmware update that Reavon put out, supposedly fixed the "Pure Direct" mode issue, whereby the player is supposed to exit "Pure Direct" mode when it is turned off or stops playing. It DID NOT! I still have to manually turn it off in order to see the setup menu on my screen. UPDATE (5/11/2022): A rep from Reavon called me and explained that a certain percentage of players left the warehouse without being tested and perhaps this was one. They are exchanging my player out for a new one with updated software! Thank you, Reavon, for great customer service!
