How Bad And Unstable Windows Me Is?

I decided to revisit to experiment to see how bad and unstable Windows Me is and exploring some of the programs that come with Windows Me. Windows Movie Maker and System Restore are two programs that were showcased, the internet games sadly no longer works. At the end of the videos Windows Me was having shutting down and I spotted a glitch in the Control Panel.
