All current PvE content they have will be released as individual story missions as seasonal content, but Talent Trees specifically will not be hitting the live service game. They will try to use Talent Trees in some other manner and not let it completely go to waste. About Me: I am an aspiring Video Game Developer. There are no devlogs, showcasings, or trailers on my channel (as of yet), but there are series for games that I play such as Overwatch, Elden Ring, Huniepop, Prey, Evil Within, Minecraft, and plenty more to come. Overwatch is a game that I play daily, avidly keeping my rank up and fantasizing over new mechanics or heroes that I would add to the game or existing heroes or mechanics I would change. Look forward to hero reworks and fan-made heroes on my Channel! Back on the topic of my game, it will feature an advancement over time like Sid Meier's Civilization, Crafting such as Minecraft, a new forge mechanic that will be like crafting but more freeform, emblem creator such as Call-Of-Duty used to have, and I am integrating multiplayer where I can although it is being developed as a single player campaign. I want a live-service style multiplayer alongside it to support the game after release, but the main focus is on the Open World mode. You start off in or near a small town, that will become progressively more advanced and populated as you provide materials to the townspeople such as dragonscales to the local smith, or food for the town granary. Currently using Kingdom Hearts games as exercises for making mechanics such as skills and abilities from the main games, the backpack/slot system from 358/2 days, and the card based deck builder from Re:Chain Of Memories. For copywrite reasons, the weapons may never make it the live game, but It feels exciting to make the mechanics myself. I am using Unreal Engine 5, Blueprints, and C++ together. The goal of the game will be to complete at least (there will be more) 4 dungeons. Dungeons will be procedural and customizable after beating them, while also remaining unique from each other and introducing wildly different mechanics from each other.
