It can´t run on full power, because it´s getting slowed down by the CPU (AMD II X4 965BE 4x 3,72ghz). Ram usage is 7,8GB/12GB. The Video was recorded with ShadowPlay in 4k 60 fps 70mbit/s (keep in mind, this is drastically slowing down the gpu)
