Dubsta 2 Spawning in La Mesa GTA V Online (GTA 5)

You need a Dubsta 2 already in order to try this, then park it where i show you, then grab a cheap NPC vehicle and do as i do in the video, when i drive away a long distance im resetting the spawn, if you see the trains spawn (freight or passenger) that is a good sign that something will spawn at the LS Customs
