After Effects: How To Show & Hide Layer Controls (Bounding Boxes)

After Effects CC 2020: Show & Hide Layer Controls This tutorial will show you how to show and hide layer controls or the bounding boxes/transform handles around an object when a layer is selected. Hiding the layer controls is sometimes helpful to make it less distracting, but sometimes they are helpful so you always know what layer is selected. Being able to toggle on/off with a keyboard shortcut is useful. Bonus Tip: The color of a layer is the color of the bounding box Keyboard Shortcuts to learn: 1.
