Inspection Failure (Front Yard)
What do you do when your gameplan wont work? What if you #Fail to see the hidden risks, until you have already begun? Do you come down and renegotiate, or do you honor your word & adapt to make it work? This is something you will run into on occasions, if you stay in this industry long enough. Proper & extensive inspections are needed in the beginning, unless you have discussed that things may change with the customer.
