Greenworks GWP3000 pressure washer defect

Unpacked my greenworks Pro pressure washer only to find missing nut plates in the handle to receive the plate that holds the nozzle tips wand and hose. Contacted Greenworks as the paperwork says to do if you have and issue and not to return the the store. Customer service was zero help they told me to return to the store. So far quality control and customer service I'd rate a 1-2. At least Lowes has great customer service and Greenworks will have to deal with them. Wrote a review on their website, checked all the boxes and it wouldn't accept it, tried again in a different browser and again it would not accept it. Nice you only accept great reviews. LOL
