We head back to Liurnia to meet up with Varre and progress his questline until we get the Pureblood Knight's Medal, which will allow us to head to Mohgwyn Palace, the lair of the Shardbearer and brother of Morgott, Mohg, the Lord of Blood without having to enter the Consecrated Snowfields. We then use the medal and make our way through the blood soaked lands of the Mausoleum in order to face off against Mohg.
