RISK: Global Domination - Basic Training | Attack: Blitz Roll
Hello generals and welcome to Basic Training For RISK: Global Domination. This is Basic Training Module 2: Attack: Blitz Dice Roll. Attack is the second phase of your turn. The objective of an attack is to take control of an opponent's territory. Territory battles are fought with dice. Each dice represents a fighting troop. You can use a maximum of 3 dice per battle. There are 3 rules for the attack phase: First, you can only attack opponent territories that are adjacent or connected to your own. Second, one troop must remain on the original territory. This means that if your territory has 8 troops, only 7 of the troops are participating in the attack. And third, you can only initiate an attack if your territory has 2 or more troops. To begin, select your own territory. Select an opponent's territory to initiate the attack. For faster games, use Blitz Attack. Blitz rolls automatically simulate multiple dice roll battles,without you needing to manually battle each roll. During a Blitz attack, your odds of winning is shown here. The Blitz Win Chance is based on the number of attacking vs. defending troops.Select your dice to begin the attack.During an attack,the number of troops lost will be displayed here. If you win, you take over the defender’s territory. If you lose, this means you’ve lost all your attacking troops and can no longer attack with that territory. If you claim a territory, you have the option to move all remaining troops into that territory or leave some behind. Then you can continue to attack from any of your territories that have more than 2 troops, or end the attack phase. If you wish to cancel the attack, all you need to do is click away on the map away from the dice. And that’s it! Well done Generals on completing module 2 of basic training!
