As I thought. Explosives on energy scouts are Beast again and in every other weapon they're still better in every way than NON Explosives. Remember: it takes the same number of shots to kill red bars in the crit whether its explosive or not, so use explosives for more damage options, shared damage, splash damage, etc. Theyre great for speed killing and run and gun.
