PC Baz Narbad decided he wanted a career change after working in a bank for 11 years and joined South Wales Police as a response officer in Cardiff. As a young man he wanted to either be a police officer or a teacher, and he has now fulfilled both of those ambitions as he trains up new police recruits. His lessons cover aspects of the law, public order and health and safety.
