JVC GR-D725 broken gear-wheel (fix in comment) miniDV Camcorder mechanic

JVC GR-D725 has a broken tooth / gear-wheel, so it get Drop-Outs (Artefact) and (mostly) no Sound. While playing you hear a rhythmic sound / ticktack.
