Windows 7 + Autodesk 3dsmax 2010x64 + Wacom == Slow-down Splashes

In Max 2010 x64 we see a huge slow-down due to the small white "splashes" that appear during a single-click. (not the red Camtasia rings). How do we stop this? Or is it because of the way Max 2010 is built? Max 2009 x64 does not have this problem. Windows 7 x64, Autodesk Max2010x64, Wacom Intuos 3 (current drivers) Thanks for help...
