Sanctuary's OpenAir Club - Totally Vanilla Gaming full size version

Totally Vanilla Gaming proudly presents Sanctuary's OpenAir Club, a seemingly simple build with a LOT of hidden charm! Back before I had any add-ons, the citizens of Sanctuary wanted a club where they could see the stars- but I couldn't build the glass roofs, so my Sole Survivor, Quinn Corwin, gave them a roofless club and persuaded Magnolia to perform. (Magnolia appears via the magic of Capcut and Photoshop, not via any mods.) This is Totally Vanilla Gaming, after all! The build uses a lot of rug-glitching, wire-glitching and very careful placement of a lot of power conduits. Two interval switches control the flashing lights. I learned most of these techniques from Paul @SkooledZone and @theinsaneshecklador6598. I play Fallout 4 realistically, and prefer to enhance the base game builds, rather than add grandiose structures. My goal here is to demonstrate that seemingly simple builds can still be intricate and beautiful. This club took a long time and a lot of upgrading, as I bought add-ons. I could now construct a glass roof, but I think it's about perfect as it is. The only thing it needs is: a better treehouse mezzanine, one with a working bar (a top tier food and drink shop). Update 5-1-23: Now it is perfect! I extended the treehouse mezzanine to include a tier 5 restaurant and bar. It needed two steel columns for support to look right, and a back stairway for overflow (the first stair got a bit crowded as all Sanctuary wanted dinner!), but with neon, signs, light strings, marquee arrow as accessories and more tables and chairs, it's really come together! I also built a Star guest bedroom into the fortification wall, just past the Club's back gate... if only I could really get Magnolia to sing here!
