Bluestar's racist prophecy uncle - Fourtrees, a Warrior Cats podcast - S2E03

In today's episode, Silver and I recap the vague plot of Bluestar's Prophecy and discuss a few of the themes regarding motherhood, destiny, and how crazy racist Goosefeather is. Silver points out some of the issues he feels he has with the book and I try to get over how crazy sad my cat mom's life was. Like, wow. Absolutely tragic. Be sure to tune in next week for the last part of the discussion, wherein we talk about plants a lot and linguistics a little! Also, if you like this podcast, be sure to follow us on whatever podcasting site you use and send feedback to me at https://twitter.com/SpencerGrantV ! You can also listen at anchor.fm: https://anchor.fm/fourtrees Or on my website: https://spencergrant.co.uk/fourtrees Fourtrees is a Warrior Cats community podcast. Every 2 weeks, we will bring on a guest to discuss their projects, the books, and anything else that comes to mind. This week and next, we're looking at Bluestar's Prophecy. After those ones, we'll finally be tackling The New Prophecy and get into that sweet sweet Brambleclaw action. After that? Who knows! Fair game. Oh, I have to describe what the Warrior Cats franchise is, too? Lemme Google that real quick. Warriors is a series of novels based on the adventures and drama of several Clans of wild cats: Thunderclan, Riverclan, Windclan, Shadowclan, and Starclan. Also Skyclan, sometimes. The series is primarily set in the fictional location of White Hart Woods, and, later, Sanctuary Lake. The series is published by HarperCollins and written by authors Kate Cary, Cherith Baldry, and Tui T. Sutherland under the collective pseudonym Erin Hunter, with the plot developed by editor Victoria Holmes. Am I done yet? Yeah? Okay. Cool. Later.
