Is Xbox Series X More Powerful than PS5 & Does it Really Matter?
In this video, we'll take a look at the specs differences between the Xbox Series X and the PlayStation 5 but we'll talk about whether even the GPU teraflops difference in favor of the XSX mean that we can expect to see better-looking and more immersive games than the PS5? The graphics advantage that is seen on paper, that makes the Xbox Series X looks more powerful, doesn't necessarily mean that if you buy the Xbox you'll have much better games that take full advantage of the hardware. There are other variables involved here and I want to mention some of them, like console exclusives, game engines, cross-platform support, optimized game engines for the platform, and more. In the end, I concluded that although in many hardware media outlets the Xbox Series X is seen as the more powerful console, it doesn't mean that you'll get better-looking games, graphics/immersion wise than the PS5. And essentially, this shouldn't be a major factor in your buying decision when comparing the Xbox Series X versus the PlayStation 5.
