Highlander Control Shaman is UNTOUCHABLE! | Descent of Dragons | Hearthstone
IF YOU LIKE HOMEBREW OFF-META DECKS DON'T FORGET TO SUBSCRIBE :) This Shaman deck takes a unique approach to control! Using the highlander tools AND Galakrond to not only apply pressure to our opponent but also providing tons of resources to control the board! The reason that Highlander works so well in Shaman is because of the battlecries from Zephrys and Dragonqueen Alexstrasza getting cast again with Shudderwock. With 6 expansions and the classic set to work with, building a Highlander deck is no problem! We also have the Galakrond package in here because it is just too strong! You might think it'd be hard to upgrade Galakrond with only 4 invoke cards, but Electra Stormsurge and Archmage Vargoth make it easier to double cast Invocation of Frost. The goal is to invoke at least twice, because then Galakrond gets upgraded to a decent size and Dragon's Pack becomes active which we can also double with Electra and Vargoth. This deck has answers to everything and is a ton of fun!
