Lecture 2-Introduction to Index Notation, definition and examples

Introduction to Index notations, Dummy index, free index, Kronecker delta and Einstein Summation are introduced. Free indices do not repeat within a term and they expand equations, however, dummy indices are repeated in a term and imply summation.
