The item you are farming is called "Glorious Legplate" and it's a transmog item that a lot of people are looking for. This items goes for about 100k gold on my server, but it might be diffrent on yours. The reason why you want to be level 58 is because the mobs scale with your level and level 58 seems to be the perfect one. As i said in the video you can also farm this item from "Silicate Feeders", but i found this method much more affective.
